Welcome to some of our Latest Clients!
Akita continues to be a thriving company benefiting from consistent and manageable growth. With this in mind, we would like to welcome some of our latest clients and give an idea of the varied organisations we serve.
Firstly, we were chosen by CAYSH to provide a fully hosted IT solution to their head offices in Croydon, along with their remote users. CAYSH are a charity that works with disadvantaged young people often, but not exclusively, in a housing context. They aim to provide the levels of support and guidance for 14 – 21 year olds that most young people can take for granted.
In total, Akita look after around 90 users and successfully migrated CAYSH from an under-performing cloud solution to our own. As a result, system performance and reliability has been dramatically improved with all users noticing a significant uplift in speed.
Form Limited is a construction group with offices in London and Kent. Akita Systems were recommended to Form to look after their server infrastructure and users in the London and Chatham offices.
We took over the support of their Microsoft Small Business Server and moved their email away from Exchange to our hosted Exchange cloud service. This has improved the performance of the server as well as providing a disaster recovery solution and guaranteed access to email.
Lycored, based in Maidstone, develop ingredients to provide functional and nutritional ingredient solutions. We were delighted to be awarded the contract for the ongoing maintenance of their IT systems – these are currently based on Microsoft Windows 2003 and Office365 and in total have around 45 users.
As well as the fact that as a local IT support provider we can offer a truly proactive and responsive range of IT services, Lycored were also attracted to Akita by the fact that we have been able to reduce their ongoing costs by around 30%!
As ever, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss our services with anyone interested in our services. Also, don’t forget about our fabulous referral offer if you know of any organisations in need of a little bit of Akita!
