Office365 and IT Support for Central London School

Collingham is an independent, co-educational GCSE and Sixth Form college, which was founded in 1975.

Objectives: Provide business fast telephone and remote support to all staff.

Akita successfully migrated Collingham from an under-performing IT Support company. Since our involvement we have been tasked with implementing an Office365 email migration, segregating the LAN into Student and Staff subnets, and moving their accounts package to Akita’s hosted environment. As a result, system performance and reliability were dramatically improved with all users noticing a significant uplift in speed, the eradication of system wide downtime and far greater reliability.
